What is a birth chart reading?
At the moment of your birth, each planet occupied a precise position in the sky — it is this unique configuration that is called your birth chart, a kind of celestial blueprint unique to you.
We study the position of your personal planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto) as well as the astrological houses they occupy. Each combination sheds light on a different facet of who you are: your character, your strengths, and your more sensitive areas.
I don't know my birth time, is that a problem?
No worries — if you do not know your exact time of birth, simply check the box provided for this purpose in the form: we will automatically use noon as the reference time to draw up your birth chart.
How is the information in the book developed?
Our team, passionate about astrology, develops your birth chart based on your personal information—date, time, and place of birth—to create content entirely unique to your profile.
What are the dimensions and the number of pages of the book?
Your Astrabook measures 14.8 x 21 cm (A5 format) — the ideal size to take everywhere with you, tucked into a bag or resting on a bedside table.
It contains over 80 pages offering a detailed and fully personalized analysis of your birth chart.
Is the digital content the same as the print version?
Yes, exactly the same personalized content (birth chart, planets, houses, personal development) — only the delivery format changes. Your digital Astrabook contains over 80 pages offering a detailed and fully personalized analysis of your birth chart.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You have approximately one hour after placing your order to request any changes (date of birth, address, etc.) by emailing us at contact@astraedition.com or by replying directly to your confirmation email. After this time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any changes, as our team will have already begun preparing your book.
Please contact us as soon as possible: the sooner you let us know, the more likely we are to be able to correct your order in time.
Can I cancel my order?
As with any modification, you have approximately one hour after placing your order to contact us and request its cancellation. After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, as our team will have already begun preparing your book.
Customer satisfaction remains our priority — please do not hesitate to write to us as soon as possible if needed.
What is the delivery time?
Each book is unique: designed and customized according to your natal chart, its production therefore requires a little more time than a standard product.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for design and printing, followed by 6 to 12 days for delivery depending on the option chosen at the time of your order — meaning between 11 and 17 days in total from your order to receipt of your book.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Delivery costs and times vary depending on your destination — they are displayed automatically at checkout once your address has been entered.
What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
Contact us quickly by simply replying to one of our emails, including a photo of the book received if possible. We will send you a new copy free of charge, at no extra cost.
How long will it take for me to receive my e-book?
Your digital Astrabook will be sent to you by email within a maximum of 48 hours after your order, giving our teams time to carefully generate and verify your personalized birth chart.
How will I receive my e-book?
By email, to the address used for your order, with a direct download link.
